As most of you already know, my creations are unique, or have a very short production run, since they are created entirely by me by hand, with all the love and respect for natural processes, which is why they may be marked as sold out.

Delivery times may vary depending on the current workload, so I recommend planning ahead, especially during certain periods.

Yes, they are dishwasher safe.

Does the store offer restoration services?

No. We do not currently have catering service.

Each piece is entirely handcrafted, respecting the creative processes.

If the ordered item breaks during shipping, what should I do?

You must contact us, send us the broken part, and a photo of the package as you found it when you opened it, so we can file a claim with the shipping company, and we will replace it.

Are in-store reservations accepted if a product is out of stock?
Yes, since production is short, because all pieces are handmade, artisanal, and we are a small company, if you are interested in a piece that is listed as out of stock on the website, contact us and we will reserve it for you.
Are exchanges and returns of items in the store allowed?

How does the gift card work?

How long does the shipping time usually take?

Between 24 and 72 hours, depending on the geographic destination area.

Are shipments outside of Spain accepted?

For now, not in the online store.
