About the project and about me

When harmony and nature flow...

The main inspiration for my works comes from nature, with its organic materials and forms, imperfectly beautiful, sober, and harmonious. Connected to a full and conscious life, to the present.

My works are created respecting the centuries-old processes of artisans, with the time and care necessary to complete unique pieces that help each home, each person, create the warm and welcoming environment that nature provides. The process is as important as the final result, as one cannot exist without the other. Everything is part of our land.

I like my pieces to convey this connection with nature, which is why I usually leave the textures of the clay visible, with its imperfections, or use patinas, engobes, or other natural materials such as earth or branches to add texture and provide a natural look. That is why my pieces are minimalist and sober. Nature does not need great artifice to convey authenticity.

About SUNA

Love for nature and craftsmanship

As a ceramist, I have two facets. One is the more artistic and creative side, under my name, CRIS NOGUERA, with interior design projects and exhibitions at art fairs and other artistic events. The other facet is the creation of pieces for the home. SUNA is the result of separating these two facets.

SUNA embodies CRIS NOGUERA's values: connection with nature, respect for artisanal processes, and dedication to the necessary time. Organic and natural shapes and colors, noble materials... everything to help you create a unique home that exudes peace, warmth, and naturalness, inspired by something as wonderful as our environment: the Mediterranean, with its culture, customs, craftsmanship, colors, architecture, lifestyle...

What it means SUNA?

SUNA means grain of sand in Japanese. It's the origin of everything. The grain of earth that forms the clay, and after the entire creation process, will become the piece that will give your home its character.

If there is not any stock available, can i request a reservation?

Yes, in fact, since it's a completely handmade production, it's very limited, and there's not a large stock. If your piece is out of stock or sold out, you can order it and reserve it. As soon as it's available, we'll send it to you or create it specifically for you.

What are the summer collections?

Both the spring/summer and fall/winter collections are created each season and are constantly updated. If you like a piece, don't hesitate to buy it, because it probably won't be repeated.

What are the customized projects like?

Whether you're an interior designer, decorator, or individual, with this service, we create the piece that best suits your needs. We'll create it exclusively for your project, always maintaining our philosophy and essence.

Classes are ongoing and can be started whenever you want. If there's no space, we'll put you on the waiting list and let you know as soon as we can.
